Be part of Ready, Set, Goal!
Ready, Set, Goal! is a free leadership program for children 9 to 12 years old. Program participants are given the space to strengthen their problem-solving skills, practice creative thinking, engage in a team, build confidence, and develop community awareness leading to civic engagement. Kids will be challenged to communicate powerfully, take on responsibility and most importantly, have fun!

About Ready, Set, Goal!
Kids are matched one-on-one with a trained adult volunteer called a KidCoach. Each week they will connect for 30-minutes by phone or video call and develop leadership skills using our Activity Book. Four times during the program, groups of Kids and KidCoaches will come together as a Crew for virtual Activity Day sessions. Crews will practice teambuilding, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes in a safe and engaging space.
Kids will apply the leadership skills they learn in the program. With KidCoach support, their ideas and decisions are put towards a Goal of Contribution – a project that will have a positive impact on their communities. Kids become change makers!
